- Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
On Site Manufacturing is looking for a part-time receptionist/administrative assistant for our Austin, Indiana office. The right candidate for this job will be PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, CUSTOMER CARE ORIENTED and an excellent SELF STARTER whose daily responsibilities will include:
- Receptionist, billing and bookkeeping duties as needed.
- Support office manager, engineering and sales by assisting with their needs.
- Enter customer account information, notes and appointment information into our customer billing and support software applications.
- Speaking with customers on the phone and in person, fulfilling their needs and requests.
- Send and respond to customer emails.
- General office duties such as filing, typing, copying, etc.
- Other responsibilities to be determined. Requirements include being PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS towards visitors in the office and customers on the phone, having a caring attitude towards customer needs and expectations, positive mental attitude, a willingness to learn our systems and express positive ways to improve our systems, have superb written and verbal communication, phone skills and the ability and willingness to handle customer objections or complaints in a PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS manner.
- Must have good computer skills including Internet, Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel.
Office hours are Monday - Friday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm or as needed. It is possible this job opportunity will become a full time position.
