PEACH™ deploys at ENFORCE 2009 Vendor Exhibition

PEACHAs the needs of the United States military continue to evolve on the battleground, so do the private-industry manufacturers and engineers that support the Department of Defense. Innovation and technology that can save United States Armed Forces has become top priority due to the broad range of environmental challenges troops face around the world.

On Site Manufacturing had the opportunity to deploy the PEACH™ (Packaged Electric Air Conditioning Heating) First Responder Emergency Equipment at the Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri, ENFORCE 2009 Vendor Exhibition.

The U.S. Army Engineer School hosted the annual Engineer Regimental Conference this week with a theme of “Building Great Engineers 2.”

Col. Bryan Watson, USAES commandant, greeted leaders from around the regiment and signaled the kickoff of ENFORCE at Abrams Theater on April 27, 2009.

The conference addressed the engineer responsibilities to the Army in panel discussions, breakout work groups, and many other meetings.

While leaders were discussing how to better-develop their people, Soldiers had a chance to give engineer vehicle system designers feedback.

The industry display was just one of many opportunities for Soldiers to affect the engineer regiment during the conference. For more information about ENFORCE, visit www.wood.army.mil/enforce.
